He also assists Clients with tax and accounting compliance, the preparation of key corporate documents, and dealings with the tax authorities and other relevant bodies, adopting an approach focused on risk prevention and the effective planning of business activities.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience advising businesses across a wide range of industries, supporting company formations, corporate reorganisations, and business development projects, as well as initiatives aimed at improving operational and tax efficiency. He works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to develop organisational and administrative solutions aligned with each company’s growth objectives.
His ongoing collaboration with the Firm’s other professionals enables him to provide Clients with multidisciplinary support in highly complex transactions, ensuring effective coordination between financial, tax, and legal matters.
