Marcello specialises in business law, corporate law, domestic and international commercial contracts, industrial and intellectual property, real estate law, and civil litigation. He has extensive experience advising Italian and international businesses on major commercial transactions and legal relationships involving cross-border elements.
He advises companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals on both day-to-day business activities and extraordinary transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, the protection and commercial exploitation of trade marks, patents, and other industrial and intellectual property rights, brand identity management, real estate transactions, and the resolution of civil and corporate disputes. He also assists Clients in structuring transactions with an international dimension, managing relationships with foreign counterparties, and safeguarding assets and interests spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Throughout his career, he has gained significant experience advising businesses operating in the Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, Communications, Education, and Services sectors, as well as handling real estate transactions and cross-border succession matters. He has also assisted Italian and international companies in managing cross-border commercial relationships and recovering debts internationally.
His extensive experience in internationally oriented professional environments enables him to provide ongoing assistance to Italian and international Clients in transactions requiring a multidisciplinary approach and the coordinated management of legal matters across different jurisdictions.
Academic Activities
Marcello was awarded a scholarship by the Silvano Tosi Seminar for Parliamentary Studies and Research, an area in which he continues to pursue research and academic interests.
